If I get the wrong size, can I exchange it?
Definitely! If you receive your order, and realise that it is not the right size, you are more than welcome to send it back for an exchange of the correct size. All we ask is that you go cover shipping costs back out to you and that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Pricing to cover shipping costs will be under the listing 'shipping' in the category Whole Family. It is our standard $5 within NZ, $10 to Australia, and $20 internationally. All shipping is tracked.
When will I receive my order?
If you are in NZ, we aim for your order to arrive at your door within 3 - 5 working days.
To Australia, orders take 5 - 7 working days.
Internationally, we are at the mercy of your couriers but we hope you receive them within 14 working days!
Will you be restocking Item-X from your store?
Unless you are asking about the oatmeal and grey coloured 'Original' singlets, the answer will most likely be no. Most of our designs are limited edition, and we print a selected number of them, with no intention to re-create it again in the same style/colour way. However, never say never, so who knows? Maybe down the line we might select a few of our popular designs to bring back for you guys!
